Prof. Schwaneberg held a lecture within the “Leonardo” project


Within the Leonardo project, named after great Leonardo da Vinci, students of all faculties from the RWTH Aachen University can attend lectures from professors and experts with different backgrounds, providing different point of views about specific subjects.

The module “Bioeconomy - Towards a sustainable economy”, which started last Tuesday, October 16th, is a cooperation module between the project "Leonardo" and the Biotechnological Student Initiative e.V. Aachen (btS). This module comprises 8 talks taking place in the C.A.R.L. building with specialists from the fields of biology / biotechnology, economics, industry, politics and engineering. Prof. Schwaneberg opened the module with the talk entitled “Introduction to the Bioeconomy & Overview” for about 150 students.
